Our goal as a company is to have an intern or group of interns from various universities surrounding the Scranton, PA area join our team at Aimloxy, LLC. In this environment interns will be responsible for a project which they will work on, these projects will be assigned by Dr. Khurana and associates.
These projects will be used to develop a business proposal for clinical utilization of proprietary technologies developed by our company. An example would include looking for applications of monitoring physiological parameters to predict the health of a person. Once students have read over the project, they will then develop a business plan. The business plan would include looking at the aspect of how to run the business, develop the business, and elaborating growth opportunities.
The business will provide students with additional resources including experts from various areas. Our technology pieces that have been developed will be supporting the business, like hardware and software solutions. Artificial intelligence platforms will also be used to predict the health of a person using our proprietary stability analysis module in combination with a proprietary artificial intelligence platform. Once the application of our technology is defined better in terms of a business plan, we will use this business plan to apply for business plan competitions or NIH Grants or secure private funding.
The end goal is to have a team who will be working on this and will have an opportunity to lead this project once they complete graduation from their university. Students will be given the option to engage as an employee once they graduate or as an entrepreneur based on their potential and contribution to the project.
The hours of the internship will be Monday-Friday from 4-9 p.m. with the occasional weekend hours as well as late night meetings. These times can be adjusted based on the needs of the students. The internship will consist of both on-site and remote work. We estimate that the time to be spent within the office will be 10-40 hours a week depending on the interns availability, and rest of the team's structured hours for that work week. This is also a for-credit internship opportunity for all the students.
